People, Places & Things That Matter

My eye is instinctively drawn to beauty, but more accurately, it is drawn to beauty as it pertains to context.  The beauty of a newborn's face juxtaposed against the breast of the painfully exhausted mother.  The kayaker's distant look, iris alive with apprehension, as they gaze toward the oncoming storm.  The duality of the two extremes of a spectrum caught forever in the same frame provide us with a mirror for life.
